The housing of the TROBOLO TeraGO is made of alder plywood. The wooden surfaces are untreated and therefore optimally prepared for individual surface treatment. The toilet seat with an integrated urine diverter is made of durable plastic.
Thanks to its compact dimensions and low weight, your TROBOLO TeraGO is ideal for use indoors where space is limited and can be easily accommodated in vehicles of all kinds.
Your TROBOLO TeraGO will be shipped by parcel service. The kit comes with step-by-step instructions so that you can assemble the prefabricated components into a fully functional composting toilet in just a few minutes. Everything you need for assembly is included with your order. Additional tools are not required.
The prefabricated wooden components are optimally prepared for surface treatment and thus allow you an individual design. With the optional natural oil set, you give the wooden body water-repellent properties and thus ensure perfect protection.
A separator is integrated into the toilet seat of the TROBOLO TeraGO, which ensures consistent separation of solid and liquid waste without your intervention. The separation of excreta is the cornerstone for odourless use of your composting toilet. Complete odourlessness is achieved by natural litter and the TROBOLO SafeShell System®, which also protects the liquids container from spilling while driving.
For operation you need neither water, electricity nor chemicals. This means that you are completely independent with your TROBOLO TeraGO and can dispose of waste easily and hygienically on your own. You can dispose of the solid waste together with the inlay in the household waste, just like used diapers. Alternatively, composting is also possible. Liquid excreta can be disposed of via a conventional toilet or diluted with water and used as natural fertiliser.
Your TROBOLO TeraGO will be delivered to you as a kit and contains everything that you need to set it up. This way, you can build your future toilet in a flash with your own hands.
Your TROBOLO TeraGO doesn’t need water, chemicals or electricity. This way, you can always use your composting toilet flexibly everywhere. After using the toilet, simply sprinkle litter over the solid excretions and immediately enjoy odourless toilet comfort.
Inside the composting toilet is a solids container 6.5l and a liquids container 4.6l. The solids container is sufficient for up to 12 uses of the toilet and should be emptied after no later than 10 days. The liquids container allows up to 20 uses of the toilet and thanks to the integrated TROBOLO SafeShell System®, no fixed emptying intervals need to be observed.
With our new and unique TROBOLO SafeShell System® on the market, the liquids container of your TROBOLO TeraGO is always protected from unwanted spills and escaping odours. Using a TROBOLO differs little from using a conventional toilet. The sitting position is identical to that of a regular toilet – this applies to both men and women. Thanks to the contact-free separation system the body only touches the toilet seat. Merely urinating while standing should be avoided as the urine cannot be fully separated in this case.

Since unpleasant odours only develop when faeces come into contact with urine, the TROBOLO separation system prevents a mixing of the excretions. Remaining odours and any arising moisture are also absorbed by litter which is not required in a TROBOLO with an electric exhaust system.

All TROBOLO models can be conveniently opened from above to remove the two separate containers located inside. After opening the TROBOLO, the inside containers are sealed tightly with the help of the closures through a simple pressing or screw mechanism, which renders them air- and liquid-tight. The final step is to remove the containers which can then be transported to the emptying location.

By separating the excretions, odours are reduced to a minimum and the subsequent disposal of toilet waste is made easier. Unpleasant odours arise only when urine and faeces are combined which is why it is possible to do without toilet chemicals that are harmful to the environment.
